Looking to get my first lizard

Hi guys, I am looking in to getting my first reptile! I have had several pets in the past like cats, dogs, birds..but want something more exotic now.

I found this photo in instagram and i liked it a lot!! Do you know what breed of lizard is this?

Is having a lizard more expensive than having a cat or a dog? Also, where can i find these kind of pets?? haven't seen them in normal pet shops

I clicked on the link and was sorry I did b/c it have a foreign language .The language looked like it India or something like . Maybe it from some place in India ?
