Almost everyone on this site will not promote breeding non-purebred dogs. Even the ones that are purebred should not be bred by someone that is not prepared to have genetic/ health testing done and do selective breeding. Unless you have something to offer to improve the quality of the breed, you shouldn't do it. There are far too many homeless pets out there, we don't need to further add to the problem. I didn't answer the question that you asked because I don't think you should breed her at all. What is your reason for wanting to do this?

Why on earth would you want to breed your mutt?
Have you checked out the shelters. They are over crowded with dogs and puppies. I suggest you get your dog spayed so there are no unwanted puppies that will end up in the shelter. There are enough BYB's in this world.

These breeding threads always get REALLY ugly.
Might I suggest that your vet would know about immunizations and such for your dog. |
