High protein food and less poop interest
So I was at Global last week and they were out of Canidae. I didn't really need to buy any because I still had about a half a bag left, but being 9 months pregnant I thought I'd stock up. Anyway, I've been toying with the idea of adding some higher protein food to the doggies diet so I decided to get a bag of Barking at the Moon and mix it with the Canidae to see how they like it. Well, they love the taste and I've noticed in the last few days that both dogs are no longer obsessed with eating their own poop. Could be because it's so cold out that they just want to get their business done and get back in the house, but I suspect that it's the higher protein they're now getting. I've mixed the Canidae and the Barking at the Moon half and half and I think I'll keep doing it. So far Benny has had no tummy issues on it, although they're both a bit more gassy.

I buy it at Global in Vaudreuil. I think it was $69.99 for a 33 lb bag.

Yeah, the more they digest the food properly the less likely their stools will smell tasty.

Hmmm...I'm going to buy a bag of EVO to mix with the regular Innova to see if it solves the problem here.
