Penut butter cookies

I'm not a penut butter "cookie" fan. But these were absolutly HEAVENLY.
I'm so gonna gain a few pounds now. And the dough freezes perfectly.

Penut butter cookies:

WET ING:
1 cup margerine (soft) (NOT MELTED)
1 Cup Pbutter
2 eggs

DRY ING:
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup white sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp baking soda
2 1/2 cups flour (all pourpase)

Intructions.
Sift dry ingredients, cut in wet ingredients, mix completely until dough consitency, roll into balls, press into pan (i use fork and make criss cross in the middle, but not nessecary) . Bake at 250 -300 depending on if your oven runs really hot. (i have electric). I dont time them, (im just a peek and see kinda baker)
If you like them chewy, just as soon as the edges start browning pull em. If you like em crunchy leave em a little longer.

If you want an added bonus top with a hershy kiss. a few of em and a glass of milk...then your all set for
