How about an " I can't believe my eyes smiley" I don't know exactly what it would look like, but there are often times I can't believe what I'm reading and can't express it, it needs a smiley imo.

I hardly ever use smilies, because I have to use the script to put them in, because most times my puter doesn't work well, but for sure I don't use the king or queen or the flags or the foot in the mouth.

Yeah, so there's my suggestion, if I could tell you what I see in my head for the smiley it would either be a smiley rubbing it's eyes, or a smiley with it's eyes popping out and a dropped jaw, lol. That's how I feel sometimes, reading articles or what-not. So there's my suggestion.

Frenchy, :warped: is "warped".

I don't think I'd ever use as I couldn't call anyone here a loser. I don't think I'd used the warped :warped: guy either.

Where's are the "lightbulb guy" and the "sleeping guy" smilies? I liked them.

WOW...we're getting 15-20 NEW smilies?

It's getting awfully crowded there now though.....are you going to have a place to click for additional smilies and a drop down box will appear?

What about if you read a post like this :

My dog is 6 months pregnant and bleeding all over the place , I can't bring her to the vet because I spent all my money on a 32" TV. I am looking for any advice, something I could do myself at home. Can you help me ?

I plan to update the smilies tomorrow or the day after.. Dave added a couple and put some back that I had removed...he tries so hard

But I plan to fix em up in the next 24-48, so you've got another chance to add input.

I would have done this sooner, but wifey and I were out of town.

Thanks all!

Marko

Wifey ? ????

Good thing I know you're more of a feminist than I am !!!!

I need a smilie that says "I'll tolerate you, but I'm not happy with you"
~ or maybe I've just had my patience tested too many times today (I do have three dogs ya know !!)

Marko, I like that sleepy one. Also, from Breezes post #17, the surprise look smiley, the slapping forehead one and the lightbulb one.

And, I really wish you'd reconsider the animation ones. The small animated ones are really not that distracting IMO. <---- and, if you can find a better shrug guy that would be great cuz this one looks like a dufus with big ears.

Oh, and, a thinker smiley would be good and a crying one with tears.

Dear members,

Ok so here's what I've done,

We've added the light bulb, and the sleepy smiley and we've also tried to add 2 animated smilies; the head bang on the wall and the crying one. As a compromise, they don't loop indefinitely but they loop a few times.

We've also added one more column so now there are 6 columns whereas before there were 5. This helps the look of the reply box.

I can probably make a few more changes...but I'd rather get some comments on the progress.

The image below shows the smilies that were removed.

Here's ing that most members are happy thus far

Thx

Marko

what does everyone else think?

We can try to find a better sad smiley...hey just realized it says frown...going to change that.

But we added a crying smiley

Do you still think we need a better sad smiley?

Any other comments or suggestions while this is fresh..?

thx

Thx

Hey Marko! I LOOOOVE all the new smileys! I love both of your party smileys. I think they're awesome. However, I will miss my favorite sad smiley..the dark blue guy with the really sad face that you removed.

Thanks for the improvements and additions Marko!

Ok still workin on them...
WHICH party smiley from post #57 is better?

and I agree Mahealani770 - this sad smiley  that I just put back was better than the other sad looking smiley (attached) which was mistakenly labelled frown.

Sooo I put back the sad smiley you liked until members can suggest a better sad smiley.

As you can see there is easily room for 3 more smilies in the last row, no problem...so we can suggest more now or later.

thx

M
