Purina Walk for Dog Guides - Sept. 28 in Haliburton

Most of the Purina walks were held back in the springtime, but I was on the Purina Walk for Dog Guides website and found this one listed for the end of the month. I emailed the contact to find out about it and this is what I was told:

"More information about the walk is soon to be out in the local papers and on radio. The walk is scheduled for September 28 starting from the caboose at Head Lake (Haliburton). Two choices available – 5 K and 1.5K. Registration is at 12 noon with the walk going off at 1:00 pm

Pledge forms will be available at Henwoods Variety as well as the Grooming Studio (both in Haliburton) and we’ll be seeking other locations.'

If you need more details, please call and speak to either David or Betty…705-754-2999."

Haliburton County is a beautiful place to get out and enjoy in the fall. Why not come take a walk for a great cause?
