Angry seperation anxitey

I have a toy fox terrier and he is so needy. I've tryed crate traning and he just pukes and poops the whole time until he is dehydrated. I've tryed to put him in the bathroom but he does the same thing. I've also tryed to get a puppy gate and leave him in the kitchen but he still freaks out. If i leave him out in the house he tears everything apart even if i put it on top of the table. I don't know what else to do; i'm losing my mind.

help please

Oh dear - this sounds very severe! Here are about 9 links on separation anxiety. I hope they will help.
