What a beaut!!! Sooo handsome!!!
I can't help you with your purring problem, only because I LOVE the purrs of my cats. I find it the most soothing sound in the entire world!! When they aren't purring, I worry!!! I guess if you can't sleep, kick him out of the bedroom!

Beautiful Turbo-Kitty! He will probably outgrow it soon. I love falling asleep with my cat purring against my shoulder.

DEFINITELY get him neutered NOW, before he starts spraying in the in the house, or getting in fights and being injured.
He is a very handsome boy, and all I can suggest is that you keep him out of the bedroom at night. Once you get him neutered, you might want to think about getting him a little friend to use up his energy on..? |

Question. What do you mean by the weaning bottle? He's 6 months old,he was weaned a long time ago right? You do have him on kitten food? And he is drinking water?
My 9 month old kitten LOVES to purr. And so does my 3 month old kitten. Casper,9 months,is forever licking us.I wake up to him licking my face.He aslo still sucks and kneads his blankie...Now my 3 month old Winnie is doing it...LOL.....But she's not the licking type. Both are fixed and have been since they were 8 weeks old.

Oh boy,do you have a problem,a purring cat, imagine that (just kidding!!
Sucking on blankies and purring is what cats do,all three of mine do although the oldest is 8yrs old. You probably allowed him to suck you earlobes, thinking it was cute when he was little and he cannot understand why he cannot do it now. Neutering will calm him down some,at least that what people say,I never noticed much difference.... Try to get used to the wonderful sound of a purring cat,it works sooo much better than Prozac If you can't,try keeping him out of the bed-room,give him a nice soft bed, with a blankie he can suck on. Oh,and by the way,he's a beautiful cat!! Like to see a picture of your Chi too...

What a cute little guy - I have a 17 year old cat who looks the same, except she has a black *Hitler* tash. Purring will die back when he is castrated and as he gets older. Just be glad he doesn't *talk* all the time
