Lost Budgie
On August the 20th, 2007, in Montreal, in the Cote-des-Neiges district, my budgie flew through the balcony door when it was accidentally left open. My bird's name is Punge, she's almost pure white with but a few black markings on the outside of her wings, she also has a few black and blue markings on her face and her tummy, and she’s around 2 to 3 years old. She was located on St-Kevin Street near Cote-Ste-Catherine Street but she never had her wings clipped, she's a good flyer. If anyone sees her please contact me on my cell at: 514 290 4074, my name is Antony, thank you very much in advance if you have any information on the location of my bird.

Aw, I hope that your phone rings soon with news about your bird. If you walked around calling for her, would she come down? Don't give up.
for a happy ending. Last edited by badger; August 20th, 2007 at 05:53 PM. |

Thanks for the kind words, I went out callin for 3 hours outside hoping to find this white spot in a sea of green, I did call her name but I dont think she can hear me well, we live in a pretty high traffic area, there's lots of car noises, which is why im more worried, she'll get easily scared. I left my other birds in their cage on the balcony for a couple of hours hoping she'll hear their songs and come back, I hope she's still around my area.

I wish I could be more of a help but I don't live in your area. I'll keep hoping Punge will fly back to your balcony

if you have an extra cage, load it with food (on the floor) and sit it on the balcony, budgies have a great homing instinct and it's possible when she's hungry, that instinct will set in and once in the cage she will feel safe. Just keep an eye on it and good luck

Lost Budgie
A co-worker of mine told me that she was standing on her gallery a few weeks ago and a budgie came and landed on her shoulder. It was obviously lost and found her. She didn't plan on owning a bird but went out and bought a cage and she is now a bird lover.
My point is you should advertise as much as possible so that if this happens to your little guy he can be returned to you. |
