buggered if i can remember the band, the name is just on the tip of my tounge, but they have a song with a line-

from the moment your born you start dying, so you might as well have a good time

that is my mantra, so i always remember to have fun and brush off the small stuff.

Actually girls,take it from someone with the wisdom of age.....sex is very good for you and also helps your hubbies/boyfriends prostate
I have never in my life been on a diet,I eat what I like,but in moderation...moderation is the key for just about everything.
However you'll never catch me at McDonalds,I just don't like it.....
