Red face flatulence

hi can someone help please my sisters cat recantly had kittens & ever since has had the worst flatuence i have ever smelt & it seems constant does she need to see a vet.

Sometimes malodorous kitten flatulence can be normal however, it can also be indicative of some problems - commonly parasites like coccidia, giardia, tritrichomonas, etc... Some may also be contagious to humans, some are not. Deworming and fecal testing along with a basic check up with the veterinarian is a good place to start. Till then, hold your breath!
