Inside/outside confusion?

Hi All!

We recently got a Golden Retriever Puppy "Diamond" HERE with a lil background..

Anyways when we got her she was in a pen outiside with about 6 Labs puppies & her brother.

Now that we have brought her home & take her outside.. She runs, plays, pees, & poops. etc etc Absolutely LOVES outdoors) well when we bring her back inside She pees or poops inside. Even after she has done it outside.

is it possible for her to think outside is inside? & inside is outside? Seeing that she was outside when we got her?

BTW her fav place to sleep is a windowsill up against the screen..

Were working on crate training which is not her cup of tea.

Any Ideas guys?
