Afternoon at the river
So we took off and walked to the river (the whole 7 minutes...lol)

And shortly after we settled down in the sunshine with a baguette and a couple of pears, we got guests!

After they ate MY baguette (I couldn't leave them hungry now, that they are nesting...) they felt comfortable enough around me to show off!

That last portrait is just gorgeous, Jennie! I love ducks. Love the dabbling, too--they have such cute butts!

I am soooo jealous . They're absolutely beautiful . How did Sparky react when he saw the ducks? Did one of them have blue under the wings? Neat .
