Key Lime pie

One graham cracker pie crust shell

3 egg yolks

1 14oz. can sweetened condensed milk

1/3 cup key lime juice

Blend egg yolks & sweetened condensed milk at low speed until blended.

Add key lime juice, blend on low.

Pour into pie shell, bake at 300 degrees for 15 minutes. Cool at room temp for 15 minutes, refrigerate to chill completely.

I've never had anyting key-lime... is it like lime juice??

oops, there goes my diet!! (WHAT diet??!!!)

sounds yummy!! kinda goes with turkey sandwiches..(coonlover!!) and some icy cold beverages(Happycats!!)...do I feel a hi jack coming on????

Yummy, toasted turkey with mayo lettuce lotsa pepper, some pickles and hot peppers on the side, a cold beer and a piece of key lime pie for dessert. Works for me,

Almost, but not quite....key limes come from the key's of course.

Check out www.keylimejuice.com. I use Nellie's for my pies. To buy one in the grocery store will cost anywhere from $10 to $15...to make one yourself, costs about $3.00 and takes 20 minutes.

Very yummy too..
