help please

hi we were register here before were bens parents and i have a question?
bens outer part of his nail is coming off but we can see under neath is white what can we do to help him get better?

You dont mention what type of animal Ben is, so we might need a wee bit more info.
Is he in pain, has the whole nail come off???
