Last evening I posted some very graphic photos of dogs that have been entered into a fighting ring. This morning I removed them.
My reason for posting them was because I don't think too many people realize how vicious and just how brutal these fights can be, lasting for hours at times, and I wanted to boost the fury of members here and make sure everyone was aware of how horrible this situation is, not just in the Vick case but all over. Dog fighting is very big business all around the world.
My reason for removing them oddly enough was the exact same as my reason for posting them. They are graphic and show just how vicious and brutal these fights can be. I think having the knowledge of these poor dogs (photo's not necessary) and their situation is enough to enrage members and visitors to email the links provided and try and make a difference for these poor animals.
