Pug's leg is twitching

I have a pug named Tootsie, she's 5 years old. This morning when I was walking her, she stumbled on her left leg a few times. After that it twitched, and I could tell she didn't have full control of her leg.

About 5 months ago, she had two seizures, and another about a week ago. Could these have anything to do with the twitch?

Pug Dog Encephalitis

Have you had your dog checked by a vet? Please read the information at this link about a condition common to pugs.

I'm a big believer in using chiropractic to help these types of symptoms: www.avcadoctors.com

However, this sounds like there is a bigger problem. I would be concerned about tick disease, or low thyroid, or the other link that was posted. If there were recent vaccines given, this could be a side effect.
