New member "Country girl" and Raw Dog Food

Hi; just wanted to introduce myself. I have an English Cocker Spaniel who is 1 and a half years old. I've had her for almost 5 months now. I am feeding raw this time, and would love to connect with other people who are doing the same. She's on Mountain Dog Food, however, I would love to start making my own but just not sure how to begin doing that. I would love to learn some easy sample menus that you are using, as well as being informed of any special equipment one requires.
Looking forward to hearing from you.

Welcome!

We feed raw to both our Danes. We do our own thing - nothing pre-packaged, no special equipment.

Livia has only been on it for about 6 weeks, but Loki is closer to 2 years We feed chicken quarters, beef trim, pork/beef heart, lamb and pork as staples. Kidney and liver for organs. Loki gets 3-4 lbs per day; Livia is closer to 2 lbs.
