Hi, Guys,
I don't have a digital at the moment or I would gladly post pictures of the dog! We don't know her name yet, but I call her Petunia. She is really great, walking around the house as if she has been here forever, tail wagging alot, and eating and eating! It never ceases to amaze me how a lliving thing can be tied to a four foot chain for 13 years and yet remain sane and happy! I still can't believe we have her! If I ever get hold of a camera, I will post some beautiful pics of her.

Good job!

This is what it's all about. People pulling together to rescue and save a dog from a miserable life. Good going! Give her lots of luv & kisses and she will be forever faithful. My dog had been beaten and badly abused for 6 years, and today he is the most loving and faitful 17 yr. old dog I've ever seen. It is so worth it in the end, no matter the stress and heartaches we have to go through to rescue these guys. They are worth every second I put into rescuing.

Again congrats on the rescue and good luck to her new family.

More updates - she is doing sooo incrediably well! We still haven`t sent her to her new home yet. The owner said he would like to come by and see her sometime soon, so I will keep her a little while longer. She acts like she has lived here her whole life. Sleeps on the couch, walks in the woods (off leash!) like she owns the whole forest, loves my dogs, the car, the kids, loves having toast in the morning, plays like a puppy - I think she IS in heaven!
I promise to post a picture soon - I found my digital, yeah!!

Thank you for the update very very incredible.

I suggest if you don't keep her and she goes to this new home that they meet several times and the new family takes her for walks and then for day visits, then weekends then just stay at her perm home.

You don't want to have her go through too much anxiety, she will if not already be in love with you and your family.

YES you have to post pictures

Thank's for the update,Petunia probably does believe she's in heaven, with an angel to look after her
It would be soooo difficult for me finding an owner I'd approve of,I would be worried, too bad you cannot keep her.
But I understand, you can only take care of so many animals and you did a wonderful thing rescuing her from a lonely life on a chain.

Okay so you need to post one at a time in each post go to manage attachments and then browse to where you find on your computer then upload.
IF too big then you'll have to shrink, if you dont know how to shrink I'll do it for you okay.

Awe God Bless you for saving this baby!!

It sounds like you may just keep her yourself, and that wouldn't be a bad thing.

Please do me a favour and whisper in her ear, this is from Luba and give her a big hug!!

P.S. Never did get the pics but I am glad you figured out how to resize!!

Hi Susie,

This is Laurie from st- mathias, what happened to the people who were supposed to take her? Send me a PM to let me in on the situation. I'll be really happy if you decide to keep her though!!!!! Seems like she is getting along well with you. Did you bring her to the vet and if so which one? Is she deaf or did she just not know we were talking to her? How is she with the food sharing now, cause she seemed quite serious about it (naturally for her since sharing in her position would have meant starving).

I'm sooo happy she is having fun, finally!
xo take care ,
Laurie
