Sounds alright to me, but im not sure about cooking.
The way I see it, Cooking is defeating the purpose of raw. Its not the same cooked. All a dog really needs is raw, that way they are getting what they biologically need. Take a look in the raw feeding section there are many many links for both raw and cooked.

eating raw will NOT make them more aggressive, there is no link between raw and aggression they are not going to try and kill things to eat as they are already dead when they recieve it. and humans are a part of their pack they wont bite your children because of diet

dogs are not humans, please don't try to feed them like a kid. if you insist on cooking for your dogs, do some real reseach first to make sure you know what you're doing (Dr Pitcairn has a very good book out on holistic nutrition and care for cats and dogs, for example) - cooking destroys vital nutrients and you need to replace those with supplements.
dogs should NEVER eat cooked bones, so you need to replace the calcium with a supplement, or the correct amount of finely ground eggshells per pound of meat, you will need EFAs, a little to no grains is better, you need varied veggies not just carrots, varied meat sources not the same thing all the time. huskies are among the most primitive of breeds who do VERY well on a raw diet. tell your wife to read this to calm her fears: http://rawfed.com/myths/bloodthirsty.html and perhaps do more research on raw, since cooking is VERY time consuming and more expensive. Just IMO
