Question cat vommiting

Hello, I have a male 3 year old cat and we feed him dry food but every other day we give him and our other cat a can of wet food. Recently we changed the kind of canned food we normally buy him from fancy feast to 9 lives and he just started vomitting today. It is clear so i am not sure if it is from his food because this happened once before when we figured out he cant eat seafood and his vomit was the colour of his food. Could something else be wrong with him???

Well,why only every other day
IMO Nine Lives is not a good choice,if he does not tolerate fish....it seems even if it says Beef or Chicken on the can,it still smells fishy.I've never tried NL,but most cheaper grocery-store foods seem to be mixed with fishy things.
Try a better cat-food,but gradually, and give them a couple of spoonfuls every day.
Sometimes cats will eat too fast and just swallow, resulting in it all coming back up.Unless it happens often, then it could be a medical problem.
There are soo many choices in Pet-Food,I remember when the only cat-food available was Purina Cat-Chow and Puss'n'Boots cans

OMG! I had forgotten that crap. HUGE cans for like 0.12 cents...probably 99% cereal.

Anyway, a good canned food for neutered males is Friskie's Turkey and Giblet Buffet.

My cats wouldn't eat 9Lives either.

I think they named it 9lives as it takes all 9 lives to eat the crap!

Smile thank you

thanks everyone i think i am just going to stick to fancy feast because he seems to have no problem with it...i only feed them it every other day becasue the male started to gain weight when we fed them it everyday so we switched to every other day as a snack and dry food as thre main food.
Well thanks for the advice everyone,
CR
