Cat Rescues in London?

Does anyone know how to find out who the rescues are in London, ON? We have this adorable little black stray hanging around, very friendly, trying to get into people's houses, and so skinny you can feel all her ribs. I've looked but haven't seen any missing cat posters. I don't want to take her to animal control because they might kill her. We are at our limit for four legged fur covered pets. It wouldn't be fair to our current pets to add another to our already crowded house. This cat is friendly enough that she ought to be easy to adopt out (not at all feral). If I can find someone to take her, I likely won't even have to trap her, I'll be able to just pick her up and put her in a carrier.
