How do I prevent snowballs? lol

ok, so some of you have seen the 'Snowball' thread with my pup covered in snowballs!

Now after all that fun, how can I prevent it? lol
Is there something I can spray or rub on her to prevent the snow sticking?

I don't think there is anything that can really be done to stop the snowballs getting stuck to your pooch. I think it is where you live. With the climate out west, you rarley see snow stick like that. It is usally powder or hard and crunchy.

Boots and a snowsuit. You should see my mini long haired doxie if he is not covered from head to bum. We have ear snugglers to keep his ears snowball free, but his tail is still a challenge

its not the snow balls that are a problem its the knots that they leave behind after the asnow has melted.... buy the childrens tagle free spray to help get them out... helps abit/./

We got this stuff called paw pro for one of our girls but we have not had enough snow to try it yet.

Sounds like you could just put some vegetable oil in a spray bottle and save your money! but wouldn't it just end up being greasy? would you want you pet on your furniture after spraying it with oil?

I grew up with a mini schnauzer and she always got the snowballs. not much we could do, just rinsed them off with water when we came indoors! i bet the boots and coat idea would work though. good luck!
