How do I convert the size of my pictures?

Does anyone know how to convert image size so I can post my pup's pictures?

If you have Microsoft Picture Manager on your machine, you can use that as well--just click the "edit pictures" button and one of the options is to compress pictures for the internet. I believe other, usually standard, programs like paint also have a resize function...
