Unhappy my dog is shaking all over

my dog is 3 yrs old she is a blue tic coon hound, 3 times that i know of(in the last year) she has shook all over lost her balance and looks like she is trying to stand on her toes, vomiting, shaking and frothing at the mouth and drooling -this lasts about 40 min then she appears to be ok when i took her to the local vet she appeared to be fine and he said he could find nothing wrong-he did not do a blood test, only temperature and weight, i am very worried she did it again tonight, she looked like a drunk trying to stand, she was leaning on the wall when i moved her she fell like she had paralizes legs

I am not vet ...but to me these sound like an epileptic seizures.

Did your vet not suggest this?

Epileptic seizures do make you look and feel week after an attack.

Seems to me your dog needs some testing.

If your vet did not do any testing...then in my opinion you should change vets.

What your dog seems to have experienced in my mind is serious!
