yelo lab

Our 9yr old yelo lab can't keep food in and is getting skinnier (60lbs). A year ago he was vomitting/diarrhea. We had a bunch of tests done (negative) and switched food. Vet thought it was "enflamed intestines". (He also has allergies) Now he is on Eukanuba low residue. Today, he dosn't vomit but poops all his food out 1 hr after eating. Vet did same bloodwork as last yr., neg. again! He also stinks and has bad gas. (the dog, although the vet stinks too) The vet has no clue and wants to do an intestine biopsy. Thanks in advance for any help.
