Moose bones
Okay, question about raw because I'm thinking about this for my next dog. Son In Law hunts and when he gets home he has a butcher cut up the meat be it deer, moose, etc. Are the bones from these animals appropriate for raw feeding dogs? If so I will ask him to have the butcher cut them and bag them for me and then I can freeze them and use as needed. Thanks for the advice.

I am not certain about this but I cannot think that they would be bad for your dog. I have given Sasha Bison and deer to chew on.

That's what I figure too, in the wild a wolf would eat any of them. I have given Halo Bison bones before also. Tks Patti. I can't recall who it is on here that hunts, and I know she has several dogs, was hoping I might get an opinion from her also.

Thanks Hazel, I think it was her I was trying to remember. There was a thread a while back and I think she was talking about looking forward to hunting. I'll pm her later.
