Miracle needed for "GUS"/Mtl
Gus, a VERY large - maybe 18lbs - tuxedo "Hemmingway" cat (many extra toes) was ditched by his owner, who doesn't care if he dies.
But we care and are desperately trying to find someone to even foster him. He is about 3, very lovey-dovey and friendly, but does NOT do well at adoption events as they are much too stressful for him. He's safe until Thursday, and then his fate is very uncertain since he has no place to go. GUS |

I can buy him some time until Aug 20 when I go on vacation. If he gets along with my other cat, then while I'm away he can be babysat by the neighbours son who does the "non travelling" animals. Let me know if that helps.

Oh that's nice, and I'll keep it in mind if push comes to shove. As far as I know Gus has never been with other animals and I have no idea how he would react.
We're really hoping to get him a home or a foster to keep him however long it takes to get him adopted, since he is easily stressed and has been bounced around too much already |

Gus, of the uncountable toes, has finally found a wonderful home!! No more bouncing around for the big guy!
A big "Thanks" to Athena for caring so much. |
