URGENT ALERT: Animal Abuser
I found this: I know it is a few years old (last date was 2006), HOWEVER this guy has not been caught and is still targeting animal shelters thoughout the United States. He moves around to different cities and states very often. Never in one place to long. You never know, he could even be living in Canada now? This is just a assumption. He could also be using different names, so take note of his photo.

I just read this now and will definitely forward it to everyone on my email list.

Perhaps the 30 viewers included people just searching the internet for animal abuse and it came up on Google.

It looks like he did his time and punishment so in the eyes of the law, he's a free man. As heinous as his crime is, since he's out of the 5 year prohibition on owning animals, there's no reason for law enforcement to still be watching him unless there have been more charges.
