Outside cats
I am moving in 5 more days from Florida to Tennessee and there are 2 outside cats that I have been feeding for the past year.
I can't take them with me since I am already taking my cat and my mother's poodle (praying they get along or at least respect each other). My next door neighbor said she would keep fresh water and TRY to feed them with their left overs. They are used to dry cat food. Do you think they will get used to the change? and also how are they going to know that the food is now next door and not on my back porch? I can't sleep at night because of this. It is so hot here in Florida in the summer, I don't even want to think about those cats having no water or food, at least not in my back porch. They are not inside cats, as a matter of fact they hated it when I tried to bring them inside the house for a couple of times. My neighbor is good to animals and I know she will try the best she can but I know it will not be the same for them. I'm very sad...... |
