switching to better food, can I stop the old one early?

this website has already been a benefit to my little furbaby.

I had read a bunch of food related threads and looked at the one about grading your pup's food. The Iams Smartpuppy had done very poorly, so I decided she needed something better.

Anyway, I choose the Wellness line and got her the puppy food. I started the process of switching her to the new food, and have a somewhat interesting problem.

She now picks out the Wellness and eats it and leaves the Iams in the bowl. (Melei has very good taste )

Should I just stop the Iams even though she is only up to about a 1/2 and 1/2 mix right now?
