Ollie

just thought id let you know you that ollie ( Ollie the collie x corgi ) sadly died today. all was well, he came down stairs for a wee in the back garden then laid down and started panting really hard, there was no response from him, his eyes just stared in one position while he panted rapidly. i rang the vet and he told me to bring him in. i did and he told me he was comatised or sumthing so we decided to put him down. the vet gave him the injection and he whent as soon as it whent in. he said that happened to quick... Oh well we gave him the best life. his age was 18 yesterday. pretty good i recon. i decided to bury him in the garden. anyway heres a picture to remind me and you.

What a sad day it is for you!
You certainly gave Ollie a good and happy life to have him live 18 years!
That's really old, especially for a large dog in my opinion. Also you are fortunate that he didn't seem to suffer at all. It's like a person in his/her hundreth year just sitting down, sighing, and then just passing away peacefully. I'm sure you have many wonderful memories of the days you spent with him! ,Ollie
