Clarification, please

In a discussion on a car site about a nasty BSL being proposed in Ohio. Basically if you own anything that can be describe as a"pitbull" it will be confiscated and killed.
Got me thinking about our Bill 132 BSL.

As it stands now, are sections 1a and 1e thrown out?, as well as the vet id part?
If so that would leave "just" the three recognized breeds as the banned dogs.
LOL, who's the expert on this smoke and mirrors scenario?

Here's what I found on the subject.

Excerpt -

Sec. 955.111. (A) Beginning ninety days after the effective date of this section, no person shall own, keep, or harbor a dog that belongs to a breed that is commonly known as a pit bull dog.

(B) Not later than ninety days after the effective date of this section, a person who owns, keeps, or harbors a pit bull dog on the effective date of this section shall surrender the dog to the dog warden. Not later than ten days after receiving the dog, the dog warden shall euthanize the dog.

(C)(1) Beginning ninety days after the effective date of this section, if an officer has probable cause to believe that a dog is a pit bull dog, the officer may apply to a court of competent jurisdiction for a search warrant. The court shall issue a search warrant for the purposes requested if there is probable cause to believe that a dog is a pit bull dog.

(2) After obtaining a search warrant, an officer shall seize the pit bull dog and surrender the dog to the dog warden. Not later than ten days after receiving the dog, the dog warden shall euthanize the dog.

Yep, that's what I read on the Miata site.
But , I/we should relook at what the recent court challenge brought to our Bill 132.
Is the legislation changed or not? The deletion of sections 1a and 1e would decisevely change things. Yes/No?
I just checked the DLCC site and it states that section 19(vets id) has been struck down and only the three recognized breeds remain on the bill. Given that statement many of the non-conforming dogs are free from the BSL.

Bah! Was sent a copy of the judges remedy and as many of you undoubtedly know, 1e still remains. The copy is too big to be reprinted here.
