I purchased professional quality hair sissors for Puddles and Jasper, they work really well to cut the fur.

Every time I read about that little guy,I have to laugh,OMG what a little troublemaker he is and now he has to have a bath...oh no
Vinnie has a lot of fluff around his privates,I just wait until it driesand the brush it out,I find it gets messier if you try a wet cloth. I have never in my life with cats, had a cat that chews wires,Bunduk must be really special

I tried wet tissue but then I just ended up with tissue bits in the fluff so then I tried a wet towel (sorry mom) but still didnt work....but he ran away from me and into the bathub muahahahahah.........except now I have all these scratches ...
It definately would be easier to let it dry but then he might smear it somewhere and since he's mostly on the beds thats kinda gross oh and i had no idea cats could have behavioural issues b4 bunduk, boy did i have a wakeup call |

Thing is i did try to clip some of bunduks fur before when he was younger (always had diarhea) but it was so hard to cut . I have a pair of scissors meant for cutting human hair |

Silly bundak, stay away from those cords .
I shave my cat Fred's butt every few months. I have a set of pet clippers and just carefully reduce the hair volumn around his but down to about where his belly meets his legs. You can't really even notice that the fur is missing but it sure makes for a cleaner butt area .

didnt know cats could have behavioral issues ? girl have you been lucky
We had gotten the siamiase mix a pretty close clip and when it grew where it was interfering we would take a very sharp hair scissors and cut it back IT really wasnt that hard and it relly didnt look that different at all |

Bogus review! ! !
Based on this review, I ordered Chewsafe from Cabletiesandmore.ca I also ordered CritterCord from Amazon. Both arrived yesterday. The CritterCord does have a strong aroma but I am sure it will fade with time. The cats won't go near it! The Chewsafe came in plastic bags with inkjet printed labels (first flag). When I opened it I noticed it smells like new vinyl and not in any way citrus. I called Cabletiesandmore and was told the are infused with bitter apple and not citrus (despite the fact the website clearly says infused with citrus). I even cut off a small piece and chewed it and it is plain old vinyl. (Plain vinyl cord covers sell for a fraction of the price at most hardware stores). On more careful examination I noticed that the product warning on the label on the bag is a word-for-word rippoff of the language on the CritterCord packaging (which also says citrus - not bitter apple, as the 'sales manager' told me on the phone).
They may have been selling the right stuff when the review was originally done, but not anymore. BUYERS BEWARE. Last edited by hazelrunpack; January 6th, 2016 at 11:48 AM. Reason: Pls review our libel rules. Thks! |
