My Dog Ate Onions That Were In A Stew Will She Be Fine

HEllo I'm New To The Site And I Have Just Found Out Onions Are Toxic To Dogs.
My 4 month old puppy just ate some stew that was mixed into her dog food the stew is really onion heavy and i'm wondering if she'll be ok or should i run her to the vet

I dont know much about the quantity needed to affect the dog but I would keep an eye on her and get an emergency vet number ready in case you need it. Does she seem okay?
