Sir Vincent the Pink/MTL

"Howdy, I'm Vincent the Pink and I'm only about 7 months old. I'm a playful and fun guy, and just love hanging out with people and I'll give hugs and kisses too! I really don't know why my person decided to abandon me.

My foster mom just loves me, but her other cat is a crabby ol' lady who never wants to play no matter how much I bug her. I think I'd be happy in a home where there is another young and active cat to play with and of course more people to love me.

How do you like all my toes? Pretty cool, eh?"

To adopt Vincent, please email luckyrescue@hotmail.com

A Poly!

Lucky,

Does he have extra toes on his back feet? Is he neutered? If yes to all, my husband will be in for a lot of begging on my part. We lost our polydactyl Holly over a year ago.

The way he's sitting and the look says it all. That's a Vinnie.

canine14 you're cracking me up. We don't beg - we advocate, implore, beseech, plead, and sometimes throw tantrums. Then it's time to clean the litter boxes, sweep the floor for the umpteenth time (and wonder if there's a nascent market for hairballs - think China), pay for the victuals with a smoking credit card, stave off open hostility among the natives and turn out the lights.

What a little blob,he's adorable:love:
I find the best way to convince your husband you need another cat is to bring the cat home, that's what I did with Vinnie and there was no way he could deny Vinnie..it was love at first sight:love:
ZZ..we need to see some puppy-pics!!!

Chico, that's what I did with every single cat/kitten and dog/puppy. Because we have so many now, we really can only take in a bedraggled little creature that really would not make it any other way. I really can't justify asking the husband to bring home a healthy cat, just because I want a polydactyl. We'll wait until a creature REALLY needs us. For example, we took in a stray cat that was hit by a car and who needed his leg amputated and a major miracle to cover his gaping, infected wound (now all healed); there's the kitten who developed flesh-eating-disease of the cat after the infection from his severe rhino went into his bloodstream and his skin became septic (now all healed); there's the kitten with the head tilt and the ulcerated eye (now healed over and won't actually lose the eye even if blind in it); there's the severely beaten dog who couldn't walk thanks to being confined in a too-small-pen 24/7 who now weighs over 100 lbs. and runs and jumps and plays with her doggy "sister;" and the list goes on. I have practically set-up a vet hospital in my home, complete with vet supplies and meds all organized. I can give injections, sub-Q's and any kind of oral meds. I have a log book with detailed records of every medication any animal (including my two pigs) would need. I am constantly wiping noses, cleaning eyes, and, yes, even changing diapers on my 19 yr. old incontinent cat or my tailless Siamese when she has bouts of megacolon.

I can still wish though ....
