Something wrong with my pet

Hi,
I have a female Shih Tzu who is 9 years old. She's a very sociable, loving dog. About a week ago we came home and she didn't want to get up from her pillow. Then when she did get up to say hi she started crying and ran and hid from us. When she calmed down we put her in her pillow and she stayed there all night and didn't move. We took her to the Vet and she was happy as a lark at the vet's office. The vet x-rayed her and took some blood which came out normal. She was fine for a day then she started crying, running and then just staying in her pillow and not moving. She'll eat sometimes and only if you hand feed her. She hasn't been drinking either. I don't know what to do. We've taken her to the vet 3x and they don't know what's wrong with her. Can anyone help? Thanks so much.

did the vet do any x-rays? what did they test for with the blood tests? Has she been having bowel movements? I think you should try another vet.

I would try another vet also.. and ask them to do more tests. If there is nothing medicaly wrong is it a fear? almost sounds like she might be scared of something. good luck figuring it out

I can't offer any advice, just good vibes that you can find out what is wrong with your tzu.

If you have a vet hospital near you, maybe there is a specialist that could help you out.

Hope your little one gets better soon...
