Someone Help Please
Hello Again All
I Have A Question And Hope That Someone Out There Can Help Me. I Have An 8 Year Old Daschund, Chihuahua, Min-pin Mix Male Dog Who Is The Canine Love My Mine And My 13 Year Old Daughters Life. In The Past Month He Has Nipped At My Daughter 3 Times For No Reason That I Have Seen. Is This Just Because He May Not Want To Be Messed With At The Time, Or Is It The Traits Of One Of His Breeds, Or Is It Just His Age. He Has Never Snipped At Me Or My Fiancee'. Someone Please Help Me If You Can. |

Sometimes it can mean he has a discomfort , so the first thing to do is a vet check up. To rule out any health issues. It can be as simple as an ear infection ...

I agree.....an 8 yr. old dog that suddenly starts nipping should be checked over by your vet.

your the boss!
Just saw a show on the same thing, Ceasar, evey one should watch that show, That man does miracles!!! If the dog is healthy, then it may be a control thing, Ceasar has it nipped in the bud right away, If you let him be the leader of the your pack then he will get worse, you must show him that all humans in your family are the leaders and that hes invited to be with you!!! not the other way around . this only applies to aggressive dogs!!! I understand we are all slaves to our animals!!! but no bitting aloud!!!

Vet check first, then if nothing's wrong and he's not nipping because he's in pain or something's being irritated, look to changing the behavior.
