Talking xxx-rated pics,Monarchs mating

I was in absolute heaven today, tons of Monarchs all of a sudden, hubby was happy it takes so little to make me happy

The first pics are of 2 mating,in one pic they form almost a perfect heart,I've never seen this before.
After about 2 hours, they seem to want to part, the male was flying with her hanging on,he fell to the ground, with her.
Hubby picked them up and they finally managed to separate,no,he did not pull them apart.

Hazel,I am going to 14+tomorrow,hopefully she'll have some milk-weed I can take.
I'd love to see the whole process of how the Monarch develops.

I had a hard time keeping Vinnie away from all those Monarchs fluttering around, had to put him inside for a while,I hate to see a cat tearing a butter-fly to shreds.

I have a nice healthy common milkweed volunteering in the hummingbird garden and I've seen the occasional monarch at it, but I think it gets too much shade for them to want to lay eggs on it There is some insect damage on the leaves, but I haven't seen any monarch caterpillars....sigh. I was really hoping...

I have tons of it here chico. Wouldn't let hubby mow it down when he did the rest of the field. It looks kind of funny standing all on it's own.
Love the monarchs. They are so pretty.

I thought this was a pets, not porn forum, chico2. LOL. That is a lovely photo where they form a heart and on a very dark, overcast, wet and windy afternoon down here I just can't tell you how these photo's cheer me up. Your garden, butterflies and SUNSHINE - yay! I must invest in a butterfly bush or two with that colour flower. I have two white ones and never see a butterfly on them(could be the shaded position?), yet can recall one warm day here where the front garden was filled with butterflies because a mauve butterfly bush's scent was floating around the garden.
