These Incidents Demonstrate the Need for Tougher Animal Protection Laws
This article - tragic and it will make you very angry - demonstrate the need for tougher laws for animal rights. I wish the daughter HAD taken the cat away - and we do not know the entire story if indeed we ever will, sigh!

A person who claims to "love" animals does not kill one, unless the animal is suffering and there is no other choice to end it.:sad:
