Bobby update - Will wonders never cease :)

Bobby has almost left this plane so many times now, it's hard to count - BUT - he's been having some really good days lately. For months now he hasn't been able to go out in the afternoon except yesterday he was determined to come so off we went - and we were out wandering aimlessly in the bush for about an hour and a half (and this is after about 45 minutes at the Beach in the morning) - and he was still raring to go on the way home!
I was - and still am - flabbergasted - in a good way

Bobby has been on a new supplement for about a month now - its Nupro Joint Formula. This supplement is Kelp based and that's what sold me on trying it. Am I ever glad I did! There's another supplement that interests me too - it's live algae based and a friend of mine is trying to find out how to get it - she used to use it and wants me to try it.

The only change with Bobby is the addition of the supplement so it has to be doing good things for him. So, I've ordered a 5 lb bag of it to make sure he gets all he needs!

Just had to share my good news..

That's great news, JanM!!! Is the Nupro Joint Formula a powder? Do you just sprinkle it over his food?

Yes, Hazel - it is a powder that I sprinkle on his food. It seems that it must contain elements that he needed but wasn't getting! The best part is:
No preservatives, sugar, fillers, corn, wheat or by-products!

It contains Norwegian Kelp, flaxseed, nutritional yeast culture, dessicated liver, bee pollen, garlic, glucosamine complex, MSM, chelated calcium ascorbate, lecithin, calcium and lactobacillus acidophilus. Whatever - it is sure helping him!
