Eye infection? Cataract?

There is a stray cat in my school that i often feed. I didn't go to school for a week and when i came back 2 days ago, i saw that it can't seem to open its left eye as big as the right. Also, there seems to be tears/fluid at the corner of the eye. Today, i saw that the pupil is a bit cloudy. Is there anything I can do? More importantly, is there anything a vet can do? Thanks in advance for any reply

Only a Vet can tell you that. Is it friendly enough you could catch it and take it to a Vet? Do you have a cat carrier? Some Vets have live traps and might be able to loan you one.
