Veggies for dogs?

Hi Everybody
I'm new here, just joined today! I've been feeding my dogs a raw diet for about 12 years so I'm no stranger to the ins and outs. I am doing some tweaking to improve what I am already doing and I have a question about veggies.

I make a big batch of veggies in the food processor and freeze in quart size containers. I use banana squash, parsnips, carrots, celery and parsley and last time I added some apple. I would like to give them more greens and am wondering if I could use curly endive or escarole. It seems to me it would be less gassy than kale and I think I've read that there are issues with spinach and chard.

I buy curly endive and escarole by the case to fee my iguana so I have a supply of it. Mostly I want to make sure there are no big reasons not to use it such as toxicity.

They are not toxic to feed. My dogs love romaine lettuce as well.

Thanks for replying! My son has been feeding lettuce to his bulldog, but I feel like escarole or endive would have more nutrition for them.

Fruits and beggies for dogs are not necessarily, its more like a treat..... i doubt the dog gets any nutrients from these veggies. We give our guy red and green peppers and carrots, but we do that because its harmless and he enjoys it. No nutritional value though to them...
