Nova pics from Jan. 6th

This morning I took Nova to the park like I always do - but at this time of the year things are very quiet and lonely. We had the whole place to ourselves, so I didn't feel so weird sitting in the snow with a camera I was testing out my fathers old telephoto lens, and I'm fairly happy with results, but still wish I had the money for a new lens. I had to give it a really good cleaning, and it's much more clear than it originally was.

The half-frozen creek, I always think it looks neat this time of the year.

Nova's face, adorable as always lol

Running with the ball while chewing it like bubblegum. I don't know how it stays in her mouth like that.

Intensely watching the ball, as if it will somehow spring to life!

Peeking at me through the bushes (more like sticks in the snow by the way it looks!)

All alone in the endless white stuff!

She is growing into a most gorgeous young lady, Spatx! She has a grace about her, too.

Looks like a great place to run. The stream is beautiful. I think they look pretty cool when they're half frozen, too.
