Cat eye swollen/watering
Hello there!
This afternoon I noticed that my 12 year old cat has been holding her eye half closed and it is all watery. It looks a little swollen on her upper eyelid as well. This is one symptom of the cat cold but she has no other. She is acting like her normal self. I attempted to clean it and came back with nothing. Picture to follow as soon as she wakes up. |

Perhaps she got something in there that's irritating it. Personally I would take her to the vet only bec I wouldn't want to chance any vision loss. Ears, eyes and sensitive areas I try not to wait or avoid going to the vet bec the risk just isn't worth it. It could be in infection, a scratch, something lodged in there.

Me too. I hate to run to the Vet with every little thing but eyes I don't like to take chances with.

Thanks everyone!
Yesterday morning when we woke up, her eye was cleared again |
