Cool My 3 year old (male and neutered) ..Bichon Shi Tzu

is urinating and deficating in our house!. This has been going on for about 4 months now. He suddenly will not go in the yard ... he will not even play on the grass. This is what happens. We put him out .. he cries at the door... we let him him ... he pees on the floor (normally when we are not there are distracted). We went so far as to replace the hardwood flooring and subfloor and put in ceramic tile in our kitchen in hopes that this would help. NOT! Any suggestions???? This is driving my crazy!
Thanks bunches !

A sudden loss of housetraining in an adult trained dog and sudden changes in behavior can very well have a medical reason.

Have you taken him to the vet??
