Subject: [NHARescue] NEED HELP WITH DOG IN ROCK HILL SO CAROLINA

Her name is Lillie and she is a spayed yelow lab approx a year old. She was a well taken care of house dog until two months ago. For some unexplained reason the owner gave the dog to a handyman. Now the poor thing is outside on a chain all the time. The guy is willing to give the dog up if we can find a better place for her. Need foster or adoptive home for sweet Lillie. PLEASE CROSSPOST. If anyone can help this dog please contact me. Thanks for any help you can give Lillie. She deserves better. JB
