breathing problems
I am considering adopting a one year old female rat terrier from our local shelter...however, she sneezes alot and has drainage in her eyes....when she goes outside she has what seems to be a weezing attack as she trys to breath in.... I asked the shelter what was wrong with her and they said that she will get better on her own...i am not convinced and would like to know what might be wrong with her...and how it can be fixed and about how much it would cost?...thankyou so much
