Flutd

My cat has been diagnosed with FLUDT , had 3 blockages a week, 3 catheters. Just had urethractomy, complication because of important blood loss , now getting a transfusion to help replenish his clotting enzymes. If he makes it and can come back home , how do i avoid future cystitis, asit is commum in cats wafter such a procedure ? I am looking for herbal or homeopathic solutions. Where can I order these products in Canada (not US)?
What could I give him to get over the trauma of surgery and ICU etc..
