Cheeky little brat

My foster Dusty (poodle x chi) is the cheekiest little mop I have ever had to foster. When I take her outside to pee (every 2 hrs.) sometimes she'll go other times she sits at my feet and tries to take my shoes off, pulls and chews on my pant legs or stares me in the face and barks, repeatedly louder if reprimanded. When walking she'll grab the other's leashes in her mouth and attempt to direct them. She is completely fearless and has to meet everyone and everything on these walks,(has already be-friended 3 large dogs) has no qualms about running into the river and having a little swim, brings the small apples home from the trees on route and today flushed a Blue Heron from the shore-line and then tried to follow it across the river. She races to the fence line to watch the deer and this p.m. caught her trying to climb the fence to join them. Who ever adopts her will have their hands full.
